30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligibility requires the item to be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned as requested. Unapproved, damaged, or altered returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, or gift cards.

To exchange an item, first return the original, then make a new purchase.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers can cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason, adhering to the same return condition standards.
